Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. A direct message to us contains only what you choose to send, and we use that material to answer the request.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting service creates ordinary technical logs, which may include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregated log data helps diagnose errors and shows which resources visitors use. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may also use cookies or comparable technology.
How We Use Information
The limited information above supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to government portals, Salt Lake County and Utah offices, library collections, or outside search tools. Information submitted after leaving this service is controlled by the destination's privacy terms. The same rule applies to sponsored results, which come from an independent provider.
Who May Receive Information
Hosting and support vendors process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising services may receive the automatic data already described. We may also disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
An encrypted connection protects data in transit. Server logs remain only as long as the stated operating purposes require. Since visitors do not create accounts, we hold no site password or user profile for them.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Rights
The Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code Title 13, chapter 61, may give a covered Utah consumer rights to confirm or access processing, delete supplied personal data, receive a portable copy, opt out of sale or targeted advertising, and correct inaccuracies under ยง13-61-201. Use the Contact page for a request involving data we control. Cottonwood Heights, Salt Lake County, Utah agencies, courts, and other custodians control their own public records, so correction or removal of a source record must go to that custodian.
Updates to This Policy
A revised policy will appear here when our practices change. Using the service after publication of a revision indicates acceptance of that version.
